After the USPS Vape Shipping Ban on October 21, 2021, alternative shipping methods were secured. The shipping time frames are expected to be 2 to 3 days longer than the previous delivery times. Please note that coverage will be limited in the initial rollout, and delivery may not be available in certain locations due to logistical constraints or lack of regional carrier service. It's also important to note that all packages will be Adult Signature Required parcels (21+) and must be signed for. Drop-off is not available.

For returns, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, you should contact customer service for more information on returning an item. They are not responsible for manufacturer defects or warranties. Returns will be accepted upon their discretion. Be aware that the tamper-proof rings on Unicorn Type Bottles may be weak and can break off and/or come loose during shipping. EJuice Connect will not offer replacements due to broken tamper rings. Orders approved for RMA must have tracking on the return shipment. They will refund your order upon receipt providing everything is returned as received. Items cannot be exchanged, only refunded. If they find your return was in working order you may be subject to a restocking fee. Ejuice Connect only accepts completely unused, unopened products, and your items must be in the original sealed packaging. If they don’t meet these requirements, you can’t return them.
